Sliders

273

I made these “White Castle” style Sliders last week, and Oh My!  They were delish!
Here is the recipe for these super simple, and affordable burgers:

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. Ground Beef (80/20)
2-3 Tablespoons Shredded Onion
Seasoning Salt
6 Slices American Cheese
Sliced Dill Pickles
2 Packages of Dinner Rolls, sliced nearly all the way in half

Directions
Spread the onion on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Smoosh the ground beef on top, into a nice even layer.  Sprinkle with the Seasoning Salt.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
The meat will shrink up a bit during the cooking, so drain off some of the grease,
then slice the meat into 24 squares.
Place the cheese slices on top of the meat and place back in the oven
just long enough to melt it well.
Then assemble the sliders onto the rolls, and top with a pickle.
Serve with ketchup and mustard if you like!
Makes 24 Sliders
